    TRAFFIC ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CANTON WILL BE A MESS DURING MAIN STREET PROJECT, BUSINESS LEADER SAYS—Ken Garwood, a resident of Farmer Street told Village of Canton Superintendent Brian Hallahan Tuesday in a gathering of people concerned about the Route 11 re-construction, that Judson Street, State Street, and other routes people use to bypass downtown will be clogged and dangerous. Hallahan says the State DOT will help with signage and directions as necessary. Hallahan says 19-thousand vehicles pass through the village every day.
