"TOWN HIGHWAY TAX PENALTY" ISSUE NOT IGNORED, SAYS POTSDAM SUPERVISOR--Marie Regan told the Town Council last week research is underway about how much Village residents in Potsdam and Norwood pay for equipment, maintenance, and snow removal on Town roads that are outside both Villages. Regan says there will be a discussion when budget work for next year begins in August.
