NINE CHARGES FOR MASSENA 16-YEAR-OLD ALLEGING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE—Massena Village Police say Benjamin Miller III was allegedly embroiled in a dispute with a former girlfriend at a residence on James Street. He was charged with five counts of fourth degree criminal mischief alleging property damage, and single counts of criminal obstruction of breathing, aggravated harassment, harassment, and trespassing. Miller was arraigned before Justice Gerald Sharlow and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on 25-hundred-dollars cash bail or 5-thousand-dollars bail bond.
