WARM AIR AND COLD AIR COLLIDE IN NORTH COUNTRY—Certified Military Storm Spotter Rick O'Hanlon recorded a peak wind gust yesterday of 45 miles-an-hour as warm air that put temperatures in the 40's was pushed out by arctic air from Canada. Fort Covington Center in nearby Franklin County posted a peak gust of 58mph. The cold air mass will keep temperatures hopering around the zero mark until Thursday.
